Can somebody explain this to me, please? Google Translate ("you made the badge, to the railways italiacane") is not helping me.

It's just a joke made of Italiane (adjective, Italian) plus "cane" (dog). Instead of writing "Italian via ferrata" you get "dogitalian via ferrata".

Just a joke, to mean some of the bad things we do (or we suppose to do) here in Italy.

Via ferrata means also railway, by the way...
